BUT by Thursday evening I had terrible pains in my elbow...well I had pulled my muscle... but wasn't sure if it was the exercises.... or the deep cleaning I did at home (as I got a new hover that took all my might to push)...so there you have it I was left with an arm that I could barley lift...
I rested my elbow over weekend and it is now fine...then by Monday I was so caught up into the daily routine of the school/work ......so here we go again...On the brighter side I have adjusted some of my eating habits...
Oh well like they say Rome wasn't build in a day!!!! I will re start exercising this week.
Another plus side is I have fab role models around me... my hubby is a gym junkie who loves to work out and stay healthy and a very good friend and colleague ..who is on her journey to change her life and that of others...you can check her blog here Colonel Caroline is very inspiring lady.
So I have the support now I need every ounce of energy to get into back the groove.
