Ingredients
2 Egg White
100G Golden Caster Sugar
150g Desiccated Coconut
50g Melted Chocolate (optional)
Method
Preheat oven gas mark 4
Mix egg whites,sugar,coconut together into a soft paste
Shape into approx 12 Mini balls and mold on lined baking tray
Bake for 12 minutes
Once cooled drizzle with melted chocolate
