Coconut Macaroons



As most of you know I love to bake...anything goes but mainly cakes,cookies and treats. I'm always on the look out for simple recipes that I can make and share with my loved ones from Victoria Sponge to my favourite cupcake recipes.

Ingredients
2 Egg White
100G Golden Caster Sugar
150g Desiccated Coconut
50g Melted Chocolate (optional)

Method
Preheat oven gas mark 4
Mix egg whites,sugar,coconut together into a soft paste
Shape into approx 12 Mini balls and mold on lined baking tray
Bake for 12 minutes
Once cooled drizzle with melted chocolate
