This is a very short yet simple way to try and enjoy Total Yoghurt...So created a Strawberry & Raspberry Smoothie.
Strawberry & Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
500g pot of 0% Total Yogurt
Handful Of Fresh Strawberries
Handful of Raspberries
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Method
Put all of you ingredients into a blender and whizz on high speed....add ice if you would like an ice cold smoothie...its that simple and totally delicious.
