The Mash Direct Vegetable Burgers are made from freshly steam cooked potato's, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, spring cabbage and parsnip, each coated in a delicious crispy golden crumb. I gently cooked my Vegetable Burgers under the grill for 10 minutes until they were golden brown, I was very keen to taste the burgers as they looked nice and thick, The Vegetable Burgers had a tasty crispy coating, followed by a soft filling, the mixture of the vegetables and potatoes tasted delicious, the texture of the vegetables and potatoes was perfect, The Vegetable Burgers had a wonderful taste which I found very moreish and my boys loved them just as much as me, As the burgers are thick and chunky they are perfect for BBQ's or as an accompaniment with other vegetables and couscous, they are delicious and very filling and defiantly worth the £2.29 price.
I have tasted other vegetable burgers in the past but these are my far my favourite, and I will defiantly be purchasing a few packs on my next shopping trip, Mash Direct Vegetable Burgers are gluten free and suitable for coeliacs.
