Handful of Raisins
Ready Roll Puff Pastry
Mixed Spice Powder
Preheat oven to gas mark 6, Next unroll pastry and generously spread the Coconut Jam on the pastry using a knife or spatula. Sprinkle a handful of raisins on the jam, followed by a sprinkling of the mixed spice, Then roll up pastry to encase filling. Cut each roll into small discs approx 1 cm. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
