I love caramel Tart, it defiantly an old skool fav. I made this recipe the hard way back in 2013 Caramel Tart, I'm delighted to share my new improved two-step recipe thanks to Carnation Caramel, which now means no more boiling condensed milk to get your caramel! making this delicious tart even more simple.
I chose to use ready roll shortcrust pastry! purely for quickness, but if you have the time then, of course, do make your own batch.
Ingredients
Ready Roll Shortcrust Pastry
I can of Carnation Caramel
Chocolate Sprinkles
Method
1 - Gently roll out your pastry on a lined baking tray
prick the pastry with a fork and bake (following pack instructions)
2 - Once your pastry is cooked and cooled, generously spoon over the entire caramel tin, smooth evenly and then add some chocolate sprinkles.The quickest dessert ever. Check out more carnation Recipes here.
