The LEGO Batman Movie - Review

We loved the last LEGO Movie so we couldn't contain our excitement when we heard The LEGO Batman Movie was coming to the big screen, best of all we had the opportunity to watch the gala screening in London's west end. The animated action movie comedy features well know DC characters and of course the cool dude Batman himself.

The LEGO Batman Movie sees Batman once again saving Gotham City, the Joker is no match for the egocentric superhero, but the Joker has a cunning plan to take over Gotham city with his villainous friends.

Batman is a serious superhero who has no time for family life, although secretly he longs to be part of a family again, but tough talking Batman firmly hides his feelings and desires and spends much of his time working on his 9 pack abs, but that's about to change when he unwittingly takes orphan Dick (Robin) under his wing and soon realises the importance of family and friends when he teams up with his own family and Barbara Gorden (police commissioner) to stop the Joker taking over the city.

We totally loved every minute of The LEGO Batman movie. "a fun action packed animation which is hilariously funny with laugh out loud moments that literally had me in tears",

We certainly can't wait to watch it again. A must see movie for the whole family. The LEGO Batman Movie will be out in cinemas on the 10th February 2017 starring Will Arnett as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Cera as Robin/Dick Grayson, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred, Zach Galifianakis as the Joker, also featuring Mariah Carey as the Mayor, and Jenny Slate was Harley Quinn. We can't recommend it enough, thumbs up from all the family.
