We were really excited to watch the anime adventure Mary And The Witch's Flower the Japanese anime fantasy film is directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi and animated by Studio Ponoc.
The movie follows Mary (voice of Ruby Barnhill) a young girl who is spending her summer holiday with her great-aunt Charlotte, feeling bored she decides to follow a mysterious cat into the forest, where she discovers a strange but beautiful fly by night flower and a broomstick, soon Mary find herself on a mystical magical journey to Endor college where she meets headmistress Madam Mumblechook (Kate Winslet) and the brilliant Doctor Dee (Jim Boardbent), but all is not what is seams and Mary soon realises that there are strange goings on inside the college, Mary finds herself risking her life to save a new found friend.
Mary And The Witch's Flower is a magical adaptation of the beloved novel by Mary Stewart, 'The Little Broomstick'. Mary and The Witch's Flower is a fun, action-packed thrilling fantasy adventure perfect for the whole family.
