Crispy Roasted Potatoes - Recipe


Here’s a super simple and delicious crispy roasted potatoes recipe


Ingredients:
• 3–4 medium potatoes (any kind)
• 2 tbsp olive oil• 1 tsp salt• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)• ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes or wedges.
3. Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
4. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Seasoning & Dipping Sauce Variations: 

1. Parmesan Garlic Potatoes – After baking, toss the hot potatoes with grated Parmesan and fresh minced garlic for extra flavor.
