I was going ever so well...well sort of...on my quest to get fitter.....last week I managed two 30 min exercise routines which was fab.......As I had been building up to motivate myself for soooo long...but my boys were ill ...and the exercise routine went on hold.....
So I was glad to get back in…

Exercise....Err.....Not Yet....
Oooh dear.....well good intentions last week...but unfortunately it didn't stay that way....I wanted to start my Exercise/Healthy Eating regimes.....well I did start...I made my intentions on Wednesday and by Thursday I was Jumping around sweating like a gooden to shaun Ts Hip Hop abs....

Well you either love it or hate it .... EXERCISE...And over the past year or so I have felt both....I really love the Idea of keeping fit and healthy...but I need to really push myself to achieve this goal....

We all know that regular exercise is good for us. Unfortunately, we tend to get caught up in thinking that the only way to get a good workout is by spending hours in the gym or constantly ‘feeling the burn’.
